Mr. Mohamed Abu Saada began his professional journey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2001 in the contracting sector, building a strong foundation rooted in execution, discipline, and long-term vision. Over nearly a decade, he led the delivery of more than 150 projects, including approximately 2,700 residential units, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the construction and real estate industry.
In 2010, he expanded into real estate development, marking a shift toward creating integrated urban destinations and investment-driven projects. In 2013, Dubai Development was officially established in Saudi Arabia through a strategic partnership with Rosoukh International Real Estate Development Company, strengthening its regional presence and expanding its portfolio in the Saudi market.
Driven by sustainable growth and regional expansion, the company entered the Egyptian market in 2022, launching commercial and residential developments across strategic locations in West Cairo and 6th of October City. Today, under his leadership, Dubai Development continues to deliver projects defined by strategic location selection, practical planning, and long-term investment value, reflecting a philosophy built on credibility, commitment, and purposeful growth.
Mr. Mohamed Hathout is a business graduate with over 17 years of professional experience, including more than 9 years within the real estate sector across East and West Cairo.
He holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport and has participated in over 30 real estate launches for leading local and international companies.
Among them, he led 4 launches in his role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Throughout his career, Mr. Mohamed Hathout has built extensive expertise across the Egyptian, international, and GCC markets, developing a strong background in commercial strategy, business development, and real estate operations.
He believes that continuity, discipline, and consistency are the key drivers behind sustainable growth and long-term success.
